Quiet green area, excellent service and food quality, tailor-made approach to every guest, comfortable sauna area, impressive handpainted artwork in rooms, romantic atmosphere.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a great Easter stay in a beautiful setting, surrounded by woods and greenery. It was quiet and peaceful with a pretty garden and patio to sit and relax. the room was spacious and luxurious, with all the best amenities and a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the delicious dinner in the romantic restaurant and the breakfast buffet with a nice selection of food.

The hotel was located a bit far from the city, so it took longer than expected to get to the city center. the descriptions of the room we booked were not accurate as it was smaller than we expected.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful castle hotel located on top of a hill surrounded by woods. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms, a lovely romantic restaurant, and amazing hand-painted artwork on the walls. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed. We also loved the fact that the hotel was in a nice location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with easy transportation options. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We were fascinated by the hand-painted artwork on the walls and ceiling of our room. the bathroom was spotless and included all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the fresh juices and champagne. We also appreciated the sauna area and miniatures of Czechian buildings.

The weak Wi-Fi signal.

the exclusive amenities that were provided really made it a memorable experience. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding and the massage we received was the best we've ever had. the garden area was beautifully landscaped, perfect for a leisurely stroll. the room advantages were remarkable with a Balneo shower that left us feeling rejuvenated.

The only minor issue we found was the lack of variety in the special diet menus. the restaurant did provide the option to customize dishes based on our dietary needs.

The location is quite convenient for ski enthusiasts who want to stay close to the slopes. the building is stunning and has a romantic feel to it. The staff were friendly and helpful with any inquiries we had. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice views. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast had a good selection of pastries and coffee.

The hotel is not as close to the city center as they advertise. The real distance is about three kilometers and can take up to an hour to walk in winter.
